Why blueberries?

After we decided on a business name Jitka started creating the logo. The idea from the beginning was to have a simple and crisp font. Along with the font we wanted an original symbol.

Jitka tried many different designs but nothing seemed to fit well with the font. She searched a "native Cape Cod plants" website, hoping for an inspiration. This is where she found a Cape Cod blueberry bush. Jitka drew blueberries in Adobe Illustrator but when she put the image next to the logo it didn't look right. So she decided to make it simple.

Blueberries are native only to North America, and grow very well in the climate of Cape Cod. Blueberries are also a super fruit. They are full of nutrients and antioxidants.
